Bailey Bowe
Bailey’s passion is advocating for clients while providing compassionate and effective legal services. Bailey graduated with her B.A. in English at Texas State University in 2020 and earned her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2024 where she was an editor on the Houston Health Law and Policy Journal.
Prior to joining Horrigan Goehrs Edwards & Culp L.L.P., Bailey worked as a Law Clerk at a pro-bono service provider and a family law firm in the Houston area. Bailey first joined Horrigan Goehrs Edwards & Culp L.L.P. in 2023 as a Law Clerk and transitioned into an Associate Attorney position in 2024.
